Tercentenary Organ Concert – 13th September, 2017

All brethren and their wives, partners, family and friends are most cordially invited to attend the latest in the series of “Tercentenary” one-hour, free organ concerts at 19:15 on the 13th September 2017. The concert is being given by John Kitchen, OBE, the City Organist of Edinburgh, on the refurbished Grand Temple organ.

The works being played (subject to final confirmation) will include music by Bach, Handel and Elgar as well as the well-known and dazzling ‘Widor’s Toccata’, accompanying lighter pieces such as Handel in the Strand, by Grainger and a selection of Scottish dances arranged by Michael Thomson.
