Masonic Province of Yorkshire West Riding Clay Target Association
This year’s event will be hosted by the Province of Cumberland and Westmoreland on Sunday the 2nd.of October 2011 at Penrith Gun Club, Bowscar, Penrith off junction 41 of M6. It will be a 50 Bird Sporting Competition costing @ £15.00. The shoot will start from about 10.30am last entries 12 noon. There will be a lunch and prize presentation at a local Pub afterwards. The top six scores from each Province are to count in the Competition. The Lawson Cup is awarded to the High Gun of Yorks. West Riding, current holder W.Bro. Michael Buck of Airedale Lodge 387.
Provinces taking part :- Cumberland and Westmoreland. West Lancs. Yorks. West Riding, and Yorks. North and East Riding. It is to be hoped that we have a good turn out and an enjoyable day. All guns are welcome whatever their standard! There will be a practice shoot for our Province on Sunday the 11th of September at Knaresborough Gun Club at the same time as the Knaresborough Member’s shoot that day starting from 10.30 last entries 12 noon
