Keith Madeley MBE
Whilst our website was out of action at the turn of the year we were unable to publish the wonderful news that our own W. Bro Keith D Madeley PJGD was to be awarded the MBE. On 31st March this year Keith went to London and was invested with this very distinguished honour. Naturally Chris, Keith’s wife, attended the event and enjoyed a wonderful day out
W. Bro Keith worked tirelessly as Information and Press Officer for the Province of Yorkshire West Riding and was the inspiration and driving force behind many of the positive events that have happened within this great Province of ours; the video ‘ A View on Freemasonry’ the first of its kind, our presence a the Great Yorkshire Show, which continues to this day, being just two of his many achievements and put the Province of Yorkshire West Riding in the forefront of Freemasonry and lead the way for others to follow.
