Calder Valley Search & Rescue awarded £30,000
Calder Valley Search & Rescue were awarded £30,000 last year in the major grants, the money was used to purchase the vehicle shown in the picture. The vehicle carries a lot of special equipment, hence the delay in getting it on the road.
On Tuesday April 5th W.Bro Barry Hartley made the presentation along with several other Masons, also present was the APGM for Area 2 W.Bro Colin Dent.
As the presentation was due to begin the team were called out to an incident at Studley Pike so the presentation had to be delayed for about an hour, at least we saw the vehicle in use. The gentleman receiving the vehicle is Mr BOB UTTLEY he is the Chairman of CVSR
