Cheques Presented
Keighley Lodge presented a cheque for £1200 to W Bro S G Carley at their Installation in October for the Samaritan Fund, and at their Centenary Meeting in November centenary jewels and a book detailing the Lodges History were presented to each member. Another cheque for £1200 was presented at the Installation to the RW Provincial Grand Master for West Riding Masonic Charities.
Craven Lodge presented a cheque for £200 for the Provincial Grand Masters Fund to W Bro Martin Stray APGM at the Northern Area Night, held in Skipton in October. Twenty one Lodges were represented at the Meeting. The money was raised from the sale of photographs taken of the members of Craven Lodge in full regalia (by dispensation from PGM) at Skipton Castle on the occasion of the Lodge’s 150th Anniversary. The Northern Area Baton was passed to Tectonic Lodge.
